Cancellation policy All deposits are non refundable unless we can fill your space. There is a $125 cancellation fee charged to all refunds issued. Full payment is due 60 days prior to the beginning of the workshop. You will receive an email reminder and a Paypal Invoice for the remainder of the tuition by mid August. If payment is not received within 20 days of the start of the workshop, your space will be released to the public. All cancellations must be in writing via U.S. mail or Email. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy, even for medical emergencies. Trip Insurance is recommended. Square Mouth Travel Insurance is a recommended company but there are many available. (www.squaremouth.com) If a minimum attendance can not be obtained, Kate Silvia Photography, LLC reserves the right to cancel a workshop. If cancelled, participants will receive a full refund or have the option of participating at a later date or other workshop.
